Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Transit times vary by shipping option, as shown in the Domestic and International Shipping Rates sections below. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and real-time carrier pricing. This ensures the most accurate and fair shipping costs, no matter where you’re from.

International Shipping

    We ship internationally, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location,  weight, and real-time carrier pricing. This ensures the most accurate and fair shipping costs, no matter where you’re ordering from.

    Any applicable customs duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprises upon delivery.  

    Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

    Returns & Refunds

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is in its original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition. Returns are not accepted for items with damage from wear and tear or improper handling.

    You can choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees). International returns are at the buyer's expense, and we recommend using tracked shipping. For defective items, contact us with photos immediately.

    Order Not Received

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please take the following steps:

    1. Check Tracking Information
      Review your tracking details for any delivery updates.
    2. Verify Your Shipping Address
      Ensure the shipping address you provided during checkout was correct.
    3. Check Nearby Locations
      Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office in case the package was left nearby.

    Packages Marked as Delivered:

    Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. If you cannot locate your package, please check with your household members, neighbors, or your local post office. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

    Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

    We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. We do not issue refunds for these orders. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

    Lost Packages:

    We are not liable for packages lost by the shipping carrier and do not issue refunds for lost orders. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
