The size, details, and stains suggest it may have been worn in a pre-season game that year. However, we were unable to confirm whether the team used their previous season's home shirt during the 2003-04 pre-season. The reasoning behind believing it was worn during pre-season is that the nameset lacks the Wolfsburg logos, and it could also have been worn in a test match.
