We offer easy returns for items in their original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. You will have the following options for your return:

A) Return for Store Credit

Receive the full cost of the product(s) as store credit for future use, minus the pre-paid return shipping label fee.

B) Return for Refund to Payment Method

Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus an 4% processing fee and the pre-paid return shipping label fee.

International Returns

International returns are processed similarly to domestic returns. However, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders due to carrier limitations.

STORE CREDIT & REFUNDS

Once your return is received and processed (please allow 4–6 business days), we will issue your store credit or refund.

Store credit never expires and is linked to your account.

Store credit will automatically apply to your shopping cart during checkout. However, you can choose to save it for later use.

Unfortunately, store credit cannot be combined with promotional discount codes due to platform limitations.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method(s). If you used multiple payment methods (e.g., credit card and store credit), the refund will be split accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We carefully inspect every product to ensure quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos at footballshirtunion@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items are not considered defective if damaged due to wear and tear or improper handling. Items returned in damaged condition or showing signs of wear will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee, at our discretion.

UNAPPROVED RETURNS

Unapproved returns will incur a minimum 50% restocking fee and will be issued as store credit only. If additional, unapproved items are included in your return package, the return may be rejected entirely.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We do not accept order cancellations for fulfilled orders. However, if your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can issue a refund minus a 4% processing fee to cover payment processing costs.

RETURN SHIPPING

Within the US: Returns are free if you select store credit as your refund method. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, return shipping costs will apply.

International: Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns and keeping the tracking number for your records. Football Shirt Union LLC is not responsible for return packages that are not received.

CUSTOMS FEES

If a package is returned due to higher-than-expected customs charges, any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.
