Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is in its original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition. Returns are not accepted for items that are no longer in their original condition, including any damage from wear and tear or improper handling.

To initiate a return, log in to your customer account on our website and submit a return request through your order details. Select the items you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit your request. We will review it and follow up with the next steps based on your return eligibility.

If your return is approved, you will have two options:

Return Options

1) Store Credit

  • You will receive store credit for the price of the product(s), excluding the initial shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

2) Refund to Original Payment Method

  • You will receive a refund to your original payment method for the price of the product(s), excluding the initial shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
  • You must provide your own return shipping label.

International Returns

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be for the price of the product(s), excluding the initial shipping cost, which is non-refundable, and will be issued to the original payment method.

We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns, as Football Shirt Union LLC is not responsible for any lost return packages.

Processing Returns & Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will only issue a refund or store credit after the item has been inspected. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we will not issue a full refund.

  • Store Credit will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds to the original payment method will be issued after the item is received and inspected. Refunds may take 5 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your order, processing fees may apply. Refunds will be issued for the amount received after payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.

Additional Information

Customs Fees:

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items:

As all our products are pre-owned, minor flaws are expected. Please refer to the product descriptions and photos before purchasing. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. We are also not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, and no refunds will be issued in these cases. Additionally, we are not liable for packages lost by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
