Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 business day for order processing. Transit times will vary based on the shipping option selected, which can be found in the Domestic and International Shipping Rates sections below. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. Below are our current weight-based flat rate shipping options:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. Football Shirt Union LLC is not responsible for these fees or any delays due to customs processing. If a package is returned because customs fees were unpaid, any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is in its original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition. Returns are not accepted for items with damage from wear and tear or improper handling.
You can choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees). International returns are at the buyer's expense, and we recommend using tracked shipping. For defective items, contact us with photos immediately.

Order Not Received Policy
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please take the following steps:
- Check Tracking Information
Review your tracking details for any delivery updates. - Verify Your Shipping Address
Ensure the shipping address you provided during checkout was correct. - Check Nearby Locations
Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office in case the package was left nearby.
Free Shipping Promotion
We offer Free Standard Domestic Shipping on orders over $100. This promotion applies to standard shipping only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Important Note: Due to system limitations, if your shipping costs exceed $9.95, free shipping will not be automatically applied at checkout. However, if your order meets the $100 minimum, you are still eligible for free shipping. Please contact us, and we’ll ensure the discount is manually applied to your order.
Additional Information
Packages Marked as Delivered:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. If you cannot locate your package, please check with your household members, neighbors, or your local post office. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. We do not issue refunds for these orders. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
Lost Packages:
We are not liable for packages lost by the shipping carrier and do not issue refunds for lost orders. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
